□ 행정안전부(장관 이상민)는 제정되거나 개정된 후 10년이 넘는 기간 동안 한 번도 개정되지 않은 자치법규 중 법령과 현장에 맞지 않는 2,444건의 자치법규를 선정하여 일제 정비를 추진한다고 밝혔다. ○ 행안부는 제정되거나 개정된 지 오래된 자치법규는 현행 법령의 내용이나 집행 현장의 상황을 제대로 반영하지 못해, 자치법규 집행에 혼란을 가져올 수 있어 일제정비를 추진하게 되었다고 배경을 설명했다.
